Job scope

  • Perform account static data maintenance and deposit accounts closure for various products & from various channels (online, mail-in / ad hoc request) and reply to email/queries
  • Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately.
  • Ensure issues are highlighted and escalated to Team Leader/cover promptly
  • Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner.
  • Provide ideas/ initiatives in team huddle or forums on digitization, automation & process improvement
  • Identify operational risks and recommend measures to address / mitigate the risk
  • Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage ad-hoc analysis to solve / respond to operations issue, urgent investigation and business questions, using statistical and predictive modelling techniques
  • Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity, identify root cause of a situation and to provide actionable insights
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship and work closely with various stakeholders to understand the Business/Operations problem statement, propose analytic requirements and solution, leverage on internal and external data and use analytics techniques to provide data-driven insights
  • Work closely with CBG business and support stakeholders to re-engineer and eliminate existing process frictions in realizing Design-For-No-Ops strategy
  • Assist Team Leader with adhoc projects /assignments

 

Job requirement

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related fields
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking operations role
  • Good to have experience in Banking or financial industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint with O365.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with the team
